Insurance FAQs
How do I know if my insurance is accepted?
Call our office with your insurance information and we'll verify your coverage before your appointment. You can also check directly with your insurance provider.
Can I use both vision and medical insurance?
In some cases, yes. If you have a medical eye condition and also need routine services, we may be able to bill both insurances appropriately. Our staff will help coordinate benefits.
What if I have an out-of-network plan?
We can still see you! We'll provide itemized receipts for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Benefits vary by plan.
How often does vision insurance cover exams?
Most vision plans cover one comprehensive exam every 12 months. Some plans may have different frequencies for different services. We'll verify your specific benefits.
